Tools and Resources provides links to consumer and patient educational materials, clinical practice management tools, legislative advocacy materials, and more to expand your knowledge of the issues and make it easier to implement proven strategies to promote health.


    What Works is divided into clinical strategies - such as disease screening and counseling - and population strategies - such as laws, education campaigns, and healthcare system changes that have been shown to promote health among groups of employees and community residents.

    Planning and Evaluation Tips provides a general framework to guide the planning and evaluation of your own health promotion activity, with links to planning and evaluation tools.
